Hi, I’m Elizabeth Borges Ocasio, Ed.D., founder of Peronía.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked in academic and public libraries, education, and research, helping individuals and organizations communicate their ideas with clarity and purpose.
The name Peronía comes from a seed that represents transformation, resilience, and prosperity. Like that seed, we create websites, learning experiences, and content that help ideas take root and grow with purpose.
At Peronía, creativity has no borders and speaks more than one language. With cultural awareness and sensitivity, we design and teach so that every message resonates—clearly and meaningfully—in both English and Spanish.
I combine my background in information science, digital literacy, and education to offer solutions that connect form and purpose. My work has been strengthened by professional certifications in multicultural engagement and inclusive practices, and supported through grants that promote cultural, educational, and community initiatives.
My goal is to help you transform your ideas into projects that inspire, communicate, and endure.
